Well here’s the quick answer – 0.00000001BTC…
Dealing with Satoshi can be confusing at first while you’re not used to it, and making the conversion back to whole Bitcoin (BTC) a bit of a nightmare if you’re not used to the Maths, but it’s not too complicated.

Quantities of Satoshi, as written against their BTC equivalents:
1 Satoshi = 0.00000001BTC
10 Satoshi = 0.00000010BTC or 0.0000001BTC
100 Satoshi = 0.00000100BTC or 0.000001BTC
1,000 Satoshi = 0.00001000BTC or 0.00001BTC
1,000,000 Satoshi = 0.01000000BTC or 0.01BTC
10,000,000 Satoshi = 0.10000000BTC or 0.1BTC
100,000,000 Satoshi = 1.00000000BTC or 1BTC
So, to match with the top and bottom cases: 1 Satoshi equals one hundred-millionth of a Bitcoin, or 1 Bitcoin equals one hundred million Satoshi!
A small number, which can add up quickly
As you can quickly see and appreciate, 1 Satoshi on it’s own is a very small division or increment of Bitcoin, and worth very little in today’s market. However given time, if you accrue Satoshi in it’s hundreds or thousands, you can amass enough to make a meaningful quantity of Bitcoin.
Given the current market value of Bitcoin and it’s divisibility; it’s really no surprise that a lot of Free Bitcoin Faucets prefer to issue their rewards in denominations of Satoshi…
It’s far easier on the eye (and the ears!) to say that you’ve won 1,000 Satoshi, rather than to say you’ve won a “one hundred-thousandth” of a Bitcoin!
